  • Do you have a physical location or do you travel to me?
    We do not have a physical location. We are a traveling wedding team so we come to you!
  • Where are you located?
    We are based out of Central Wisconsin, we also have a growing team in Orlando, Florida. Ask us if we travel to your area!
  • What are your prices?
    Our prices depend on the event, how many people you're looking for services for, and where you are located. We will give you a custom quote upon request!
  • Do you have a travel fee?
    Yes. If you are outside the radius of 30 minutes from our team, we charge $30/hour of travel per team member traveling.
  • How many people do you have on your team?
    We have multiple team members that work for Glowminate. But we also contract out to other businesses as well. We make sure that we send as many or as little team members as you need to get the job done, so you don't have to worry about hiring multiple vendors. If you book with us, no matter how big the party, we will make it happen.
  • Do you charge an upfront retainer fee to book with you?
    Yes. In order for your event to get officially booked on our calendar, we require a retainer fee of $197. But this money goes toward your final bill!
  • Do you offer trial runs? How much do those cost?
    Yes we absolutely offer, and highly recommend, trial runs. The price depends on the trial service you are looking for.
